am i the only person who dislikes new music? seriously im tired of new music anyone else hate it?

I can't say that I hate all new music. There is quite a few of new music that I like, or even love.

I disagree. There are a few rock bands that still make good music presently.

i hear it on the radio alot and my buddies singing it whenever they sing one direction i plug my ears and say lalala just to tune them out >.< no offense but i dont like one direction

yea i didnt mean to say that you liked one direction im just saying that some people like one direction and i dont want to affend anyone ive been tackeled from saying one direction sucks. anyways there probally is new music that sounds like that probally in the rock section of music nowadays

Mmm-hmmmm. Anything that came out after 2008-ish, I don't want to hear it. You used to have to sound GOOD to make it onto the charts. We have the tools, we have the talent, where's the disconnect? Really don't understand.
Go back to any year in the 20th century, basically, and listen to the Billboard hits. All great stuff, nice to listen to. Shouldn't that be the point?...

I tentatively listen to new music. I just don't like change i guess. Most of the times though, after I stall for days, weeks, months, I tend to regret stalling

Check out Foreigner and Hurricane, I think their music sounds like Journey stuff. I'm not sure if they released anything recently but unheard music might as well be new music.

yea its mostly pop techy club beat music nowadays it gets rpetitive after awhile

Agreed, there's also plenty of bad old music. It's just the good stuff that has become memorable.
