Something that has bothered me is the Ruins of Alph Mystery.

Now after seeing that Ruins of Alph vid, I have to watch 'Circle you, Circle you' for some reason. oh dear etro please help me why do i have to do this. ( seriously guys, not a cartoon, but yeah. It's almost given me nightmares as a teenager :|)

On the actual topic though, Luigi's Mansion was pretty creepy to me back in the day. Not a cartoon though, and that was meant to be creepy.

MYSTERY!'s opening used to scare the hell out of me. Kinda silly I know, but still, I had nightmares every freaking time I watched it.
