So I tried ABing for the first time today and got an UB. Idk how hard it is to sell though, but because I've always collected and hoarded rare items, that is what I will probably end up doing with it.

What do most of you guys do with UBs? ;)

I usually set up the trades and end up selling it for way less than what it's worth on the TP. They're too hard to sell and I often just stick with selling things in my shop!

sell it. some UB are cursed with bad luck imo. High end unbuyables always seem to get me frozen whenever I buy them. Ive probably tried to hoard about 5 UB worth 10m+ and they always track it down and freeze me for it. I found a way around it i believe, but i still havent tested it out yet ;)

    It depends on the item...
If its under 200k and HTS I put it in my shop.
I put all other UBs up for auction at about half the TP price.

Really? I don't like the sound of that. I'd like to hear about this work around though.

And mine isn't worth that much. It's about 230k.

I go to resellers if it is HTS or MTS. If an HTS item is cheap like 200k they usually only offer 100k so I would just put it in your shop. Today I sold a instrument for 100k to a reseller.

I think I'd like to keep some of them and put them into my gallery. But I don't want to traced and frozen. Anybody have any luck with this?

If it's in the 200-250k ballpark and you got it using default times in abrosia you have no need to worry about being frozen.

What do you mean by default times? The refresh times?

And what it's more expensive? Like, 10mil+? Should I just sell it right away?

I usually put them on trading post for a bit and if they don't sell I just put it in my shop for 99k. I've sold so many items worth between 600k and a million in my shop for 99k.

I'm really impatient so I sell for less than what it is worth on the TP so i don't have to hold on to it for long.
If it is less than 150k I will sell for 99k in my shop so it will get sold in like 5 minutes. I could care less about ~50k NPs.

Of course, you could always send it to side accounts and do the hoarding there. Just not all at once if you've got a number of UBs. And do use proxies, or you're better off putting a FREEZE ME sign up.
