I love IPB boards, especially to vB. MyBB is great too, so when I found that I could get neopets aids along with a great forum experience (Which in turn helps me unlock more aids!) I was infatuated.

If you cheat eventually you will get caught...
Some things make it more likely than others but this is why people more often than not use multiple accounts with proxies.
You're not going to get frozen for using NeonAP as long as your refresh rates aren't stupid or constant.
Cheating at flash games is always a risky business if you're going for high scores but I've got loads of trophies using AoB and never been frozen for it.
The only things I've been frozen for is autobuying in stamps and magic and even then it was down to the settings I used rather than the program itself.
As a non-advanced user you will be fine using abrosia although I'd still recommend staying out of the magic shop
