Are you new to tumblr or something? There's millions of tumblrs dedicated to people posting pictures of theselves doing certain things, wearing certain clothes, or just being naked. It's a tumblr thing its not like they just sit there taking pictures of themselves all day every day, its a joke blog. I think you're reading a bit too much into it.

A lot of these girls/women really are not ugly... if you saw them IRL I bet many of them would catch many peoples' eyes. I think it's more that as Waser said, it seems that they're arrogant about their looks, regardless if they're doing it as a joke or not.

Yo dudes. I guess I never stated this explicitly enough. This is not some type of hot or not thread. I am not, nor was I ever asking you to appraise the looks of the females who have posted their pictures on that blog. You're missing the point. Let me try that again. YOU'RE MISSING THE POINT.

I've said this already but it apparently needs to be said again. It doesn't matter that I am friends with a couple of those girls. At all. I would have found the Tumblr hilarious whether I had an association with them previously or not. I would have defended their attractiveness, too, because I honestly think that ALL of the women on there are beautiful. BUT MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY PERSONAL PREFERENCES ABOUT PRETTY LADIES, I think it's also a matter of human decency.

Nymh said I should have mentioned that they were my friends from the get-go so everyone would be nicer in their posts but I think that's bullshit! How do you justify being a judgmental dick to a stranger simply because they're a stranger or because you don't find them attractive or because you don't agree with what they're doing or what they believe? Because I certainly couldn't! In person or on the internet! Just because this is the internet and you're not talking to a person face to face does not mean you get a free pass to be a shit.

Look, i'm sorry that you've been offended, or butthurt, or disappointed or whatever it is by the response, but you post something like that and expect that people won't have an opinion on it? And since they're so blatantly open with their appearances, bodies, lifestyles and experiences, surely they'd be used to a little criticism just as much as they're used to getting compliments? First, while you may have found their tumblr hilarious, I certainly didn't. So stop asserting your opinion as the end all, be all of moral opinions about a blog.

Second, this is the internet; there is no human decency here.

The fact that I'm not talking to anyone face to face is irrelevant. People make judgements all the time, even your goddesses. So do you. You've just called whoever didn't agree with you a shit, didn't you?

Not everything in the world is made of sugar and spice and everything nice, stirred by virginal maidens with lots of love mixed in. I hate Mitt Romney. I don't just dislike him, I genuinely hate him. Why equivocate?
