is there any risk of getting frozen from logging in on computers with shared IPs?

No risk usually as long as no one cheats

Technically, if your not cheating you should be fine. I do it with some of my 'non-legit' accounts, and have never been frozen for it yet.
However, TNT being TNT, anyone could be randomly frozen for anything, so if its mutiple cheating accounts, and very often, maybe be cautionary?

Totally straight, legit, single-IP, single-email accounts have a chance of getting frozen. For a random reason.
Adding hinky IPs to that account will increase it's chance of getting frozen a little. Not a lot, unless the other people on the IP are cheating.

I would suggest using a proxy for a situation like that, but that's just me.
