Clown looks nice, sleep sounds like a good idea although we'd run into the posing issue again I think, and a cyborg paintbrush would be nice in order to make things a chunk of more accessible. Paintbrushes corresponding to various parts of the globe so far... Hrm. That actually sounds interesting, but I wonder if that could be done with new clothing releases instead.
Thinking about a marbled/wood pattern myself. Or "code" neopets with 0s and 1s running through them... Maybe a knight paintbrush.
Feh. I think that I'd rather them expand on the current colors - and expand on them right, not half-doing it like some of the eventide ones ended up being, or a couple others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

I would love a pokemon color, but if they're too similar to the actual pokemon there'll be copyright issues
