I obviously put in the wrong birthday as the damn thing won't let me log in!!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting into an old account? I know the password, pretty sure I know the email. Though my main account was CG'd a while ago and they got into my email, so this may be the one the account was registered on, in which case it's inaccessible.

Best bet would be to contact TNT.

I had this happen to my first account (knew the password, forgot the birthday) and I did two things:

    - friend that account; if you set the lost account to show your NFs your age, then you can narrow down the year
    - test three birthdates every day, lol

I eventually figured it out after a week or so.

I'm sure there's an easier way, but this actually didn't take as long as I expected it to.

You should email TNT. The birthday selection is in place for security so if there were any ways to by pass this it would be illegitimate and not something neocodex would condone. Sorry. I'm sure TNT will help you though if you can give them all the other info :)

    Good luck!
