How do people know the names of items from just pics?

Usually, the URL gives you a clear picture of what the name is going to be

Then they are very familiarized with this or they look up details and see if they can find another image like it with a name.

Usually, the image itself can give away quite a number of clues. Many of us are such dorks and play Neopets far too much.
Sort of impossible to have an image without the URL though.
Unless someone has uploaded the image themselves.

Eh? Right clicking on an image then opening it shows you the url, or the url is shown in the little menu 
Sometimes I've noticed pages don't let you right click on images though, so viewing the page's source -> ctrl f images.neopets, and you should find your answer!! Then its pretty easy to just guess after that, like with jel_cornupepper_whole.gif search for cornupepper on the item database here/Jellyneo/on Neopets itself, then look for the image you saw earlier ^^

If you don't have the URL, use google search by image to find the actual image and look at the URL.

Well, I'm aiming for like the little games that guilds play where they post a picture of an item and people have to guess what it is.

neopets addicts lol haha I have been playing neo on and off for 10 years or more and I don't think I could ever memorize all of their crazy items haha
