sorry for the question, but there is an interesting 2-letter pet which purges soon and I really have a problem with FF and IE. Always when I try to refresh the page where it says "Error: Sorry, that name has already been taken. Please try again!" a confirmation popup appears.
is there a way to block it? or do I just do something wrong?
Maybe the name has already been taken? Don't think it would be an error in the browser itself.

That's not the problem, they want the confirmation notice to go away when refreshing so they can adopt faster.
I think?

Yeah! I have read somewhere you just have to refresh that page with F5 or so but it takes so long with the confirmation popup. That's not the problem, they want the confirmation notice to go away when refreshing so they can adopt faster.
I think?

'To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.'

http://www.neopets.c...eadoption.phtmlOh, that's a Firefox confirmation message that's displayed whenever you send POST data. What kind of link are you refreshing?
that one. ^^ (doesn't work copied but it's the next step after clicking 'adopt him/her')
yeah, but I'm still not as fast as when I create other speciesF5 and enter, and repeat.
I'll give it a try, thanks! c:If you use Opera, there will be no popup
okay, it really works with opera. thanks again!
oh, and another question... (definitely the last one)
will I have more success by holding the F5 key all the time even if the page doesn't change much or by clicking very fast? o.o

You can get frozen for holding down F5 because TNT could think that you've just left an object on there so you might want to avoid that.

Mmmh...so I shouldn't risk it since I won't have any proof? You can get frozen for holding down F5 because TNT could think that you've just left an object on there so you might want to avoid that.
- Hitting refresh repeatedly for a few minutes, allowing the page to load. – Great
- Holding down F5 for 10-30 seconds at a time, checking for the avatar/challenger, then trying again if it has not been achieved – Still good.
- Holding down the F5 key for 20 minutes – Okay, but try to take a break for your mental sake and ours.
- Leaving your "cat" on the F5 key while you make a sandwich. – Not good.
- Leaving your "cat" on the F5 key all night while you sleep – Bad.
- Using a program that refreshes for you at the same rate as a human – Frozen!
- Using Opera to open 100+ pages and hitting "refresh all" – VERY frozen.
I wonder how TNT knows if I use my own finger or an object, though. LOL anyways, thanks! ^^

I doubt they care too much about evidence, if they see somebody refreshing like 10 times a second they'd probably just assume that you're breaking the rules.
