Thanks again to everyone that took the time to think about this. Some of you went above and beyond and brought about new ideas, pointed out pitfalls, and devised solutions. As it has never been done it is unclear if it will be able to sustain itself and work but I am still interested enough to find out.

If anyone shares my interest in seeing this succede contact me as I am looking for moderators/admins. I will not require donations I can handle that. Since moderators tend to post more they too are entitled to their earnings.

Anyone else that wants to see us rise to the top (or explode in a fiery death) your welcome to join. I'll start each post at 100np and we will work with it from there.

I am just goign to run this through beta here and see how it goes.

I personnaly would prefer to earn NP by having these types of discussions with people rather than playing the same flash games every day...

You should try polling how many players share this statement with you.
The only time I ever go to the boards is for guides or technical issues with games.

For discussions I come to the Neocodex board.
The anonymity provides a nice deterrent.

As for neocodex, they changed the rules so you can't get advanced based on post count. I might be in the minority as a nonadv., but I'm actually glad they did away with it. When I joined there would be necro posts left and right.

You cannot get advanced by getting 500 posts anymore. We have a nomination/vote system in place now, where fellow advanced members can nominate you to be voted in. This generally happens if you have made ~500 NON-SPAM/helpful/interesting posts

Really the only thing the Neoboards need is an edit button, like getting silenced for accidentally typing dongs instead of dogs is a bit much!!!
Like sure I could totally see TNT adding a make a post get np thing, but it wouldn't be much better than Gaia (probably) where you get a whoooole 3np once every few posts. Maybe if there was some sorta limit to how many posts get you np lmao

But yeah, doesn't sound worth it imo!! You could just play some game for about a minute or so and get yourself ~1,000np or just
run your AB for a bit~

Oh boy how exciting! This 3000np/day limit sure is frustrating though, guess I'll just fire up my shells and spam on them as well and help you out! You're gonna get that headband in no time dude!!

A very interesting and creative idea!

But I think one thing you really need to ask yourself is "Why do I want this?". Forgive me if I've misinterpreted but it seems that your reasoning is that you'd like another way to make money. That is, you, personally would like to make Neopoints from posting, right? But if you're the person starting this system, you're the person shelling out all the dosh!

It's sort of unlikely that a lot of people are going to get on board with donating neopoints towards this cause. It also seems likely that a LOT of people who don't give a crap about you or anything other than making np will want to post to make the np, but will offer little to nothing in return.

I just think maybe you should rethink this idea as it seems likely that this may end in not only you effectively losing all your neopoints, but potentially your account/s too!
