I do not think there is a way around my problem, but you guys may know something I have not tried. I have a neopets account(well had) that is like 10 years old. I gave it away to someone a long time ago because I thought they would use it to play. Come to find out all they did was take the money which I do not care about that, but my pets are still on the account and that is all I care about. Anyways, I noticed they have not logged on in a long time, so I figured I would contact the TNT team and try to get it back. They told me there was nothing they could do because the account has been inactive for so long. The account is still there. Is there anyway I can get it back since TNT will not help? If I knew the person was not going to use the account I would have kept it.

Sadly it has been like this for probably about 8 months to a year..Shouldnt they have gotten rid of it by now? Thanks for the help I did not think anything could be done in the process of building a new account 2 days old worth about 200k so far with shop items so im moving up slowly

They seem to say they can't do anything and then decide to purge the account in like 5 years. I heard similar stories on the boards.

I once had an account that I self-froze (didn't do anything wrong. just got really bored) back in 2008, and I got myself unfrozen earlier this year. Maybe you just need to supply more proof. I had tons of screenshots and other things to prove I was the owner. Good luck.

I think that a year isn't log enough for them to purge the account. If you could supply proof of ownership, I'm sure they'll give you your account back.

Doubt the support staff will even care, best to just start rebuilding
