How am I discounting the high risk?

You're operating under the ASSUMPTION that shops have risk factors attached to them. There is no proof that ABing in certain shops raises the likelyhood of you getting frozen.
By the general guidelines, if I were to let Abrosia sit in Magic for over 4 hours, while simultaneously, and without a proxy, have my laptop run Abrosia in Stamp, I should be frozen.
I'm saying shop selection and risk have no corelation and you are wasting your time worrying about what shop you're in.
Furthermore, the initial question was has anyone been frozen lately because I wanted to see if TNT has become more timid in cracking down on ABers or if it was because of something I've been doing.
If you've been AB-ing for a long time, you'd be able to tell if something should get you iced or not. The sheer ridiculousness and scale of this should be apparent to TNT if they used information such as IP or shops to determine who will be frozen.
Again, I am NOT using any proxies. I should be an extremely easy target for chain icing.
Which leads me to believe there are a set of parameters that must be met for you to be considered for ab-ing.
The parameters would include:
1. the time user rf'd page - gives starting point
2. the time haggle page load - gives end point for time took to click and enter item haggle, start point for buy time.
3. the time @ buy confirmation - end, shows buy time.
It just makes no sense to me that you would be more likely to be iced if you are restocking in Magic than you are in Books or something. The shop you're in would say nothing about whether you're using an aber. They would see that the given user was there, but so what? That's secondary at best.
ALSO, forgot to mention.
Items bought ranges from 50-250.
Here's some general stats:
