So I'm trying to ab on an account. Everything will work peachy for an amount of time. All of a sudden it stops working. At the bottom left corner where it says "Status:" it just stays on the shop and does nothing. No "xx seconds before refresh". Just freezes on shop name. How come this happens?

Probably lag on neopets, or the site went down momentarily.

But the program doesnt refresh again. It's stayed on the same screen without anything changing for 15 minutes. When I push the "STOP" button it freezes the program and makes me reboot abrosia

Yes, that's what happens if the program experiences some sort of "stuck" page on neo. This cannot be avoided.

This always happens to me. Infact, the program never starts, it just visits the shop and never refreshes.. Tried on both my mac and my PC.

You just need to turn off the premium toolbar (or whatever it is now).
