I'm just wondering if anyone have their account iced with AB running above 2000ms buying time.

 

I've set my OCR and pre haggle to be 0.01 sec now. Won a few more things from AB with buy time above 2500ms. Hope TNT can only detect my end buying time...

 

Please do share if you have any experience with buy time being an irrelevant factor when your account got iced....

Yeah, on my last account that was frozen I went for a long time with high buy times (~4-5s+) and rather high refresh rates (~10-15s) which went all well. Then I went into magic for 2 days (restock time as usual, ~3h/d combined with rather lengthy breaks in between) and was frozen straight away.

 

So... imo it's more about where you RS and how successful you are in doing so than about buy times (although they certainly play a role).

I have never gotten anything above 20k profit so far but i managed to get a morphing potion today. I normally don't even bother abing there because of my bad speed, but tried my luck today again and I got one at 2.5s. Hopefully i won't get frozen.

 

This was another scary thing that I experienced earlier. within 0.21 seconds, i switched from post office to igloo....

Thanks a lot. I experience the insane switching speed only when I force AB to only go to one shop. So if anyone wants to prevent that, then you should at least pick two...

I think it switches straight to igloo when it detects an RS ban, so maybe that's why you end up there

I got like 5k profit from the instant switch. If i get iced from that, it'll be lame...

Nope, not yet, but i have been frozen for ridiculous reason such as my account being frozen unless i can verify I am the correct user. Considering I use shells all the time, I have no idea on what pets i have or any personal info..lol

I travel on my job pretty often. Logging in from different countries... I'm worried about being iced to protect my account...

My buy times have been around 3-5 seconds (i even had one at 6.8) and it's been fine so far. But I avoid Magic/PO

Last month, I was rs banned almost instantly for close to a week before I realized I had insane high refresh and buy times. Didn't get iced though.
