Back in 3-4 years ago,

 

Neopets is very HOT and i managed to sell neopoints for almost $500 USD.

 

 

But now i don't think so. LOL!

Definitely more than 1k USD but not sure exactly how much, never keep track of such earnings. Couple of years ago, I can sell Draik Eggs and Krawk Morphing Potions for 100+ USD. The price for NP and other stuff has fallen drastically for the last few years.

Never attempted to haha, so I've never made any real money off it. I've always had a strict rule to never spend real money on virtual sites, so I think I might feel uncomfortable charging other people for things. Even if they really wanted something I'd feel weird about it

I don't think I can make that much since I live in Asia and my connection prevents me from having very low buy times... anyhow, I can't be bothered since I make enough from my day job that an extra $300 won't make THAT big of a difference

$95 so far.. when you take away the cost of the shells I bought.. as well as a few things from some people.

 

Will be raising quite a bit though. ^^  Now have plenty of shells for all my needs.

Fascinating to me how there are people making decent money for the exchange of neopoints-cash. I'm dallying in the game for nostalgia since I used to play wayy back in the day (2004) and wasted many hours of my middleschool days playing fair- go figure got frozen ! Such transcations never exsiste back in the day

I had never really thought about making money off Neopets as its a game to me .

I've invested about 30$ in buying codes to sell, and I take all forms of payment, so I've only made 6$, but I have a few more orders that will bump that up to 41$
