Codex is definitely not filtered as its been used on pet pages with AC predictions mentioning Team Codex. I've also received neomail s mentioning Codex and the accounts which did so are still active.
Is it safe to mention Neocodex on Neopets?

A while back, someone I was NMing mentioned it many times (about the database) They haven't been frozen or anything. I think it depends on whether or not you get reported..
