Hello. Short question.

I forgot my password of my account and i don't know the e-mail adresse. Because I stoped playing for a long time and i've changed my e-mail adresse a lot. So is there any possibility to see what e-mail adresse i used? I know my nickname and of course my birthday 

And that you belive me i know my Pin for the Bank and the Stock and In my safety deposit box i have a book from the Haunted Woods plot (the red one, I don't know  the exact name)

 

Actually i started knew but i miss my old Pets and i want to use my old account as a subaccount. Is that even possible?

Maybe if you submit a ticket to tnt and give them all the information you know they'll give you your email adress?

But what is with all of my items? If i get my account back, do I have to spend all my items and my money? Or can i send it to my new account. Or should I make a new account to sent the ticket?

You should be able to transfer everything and use the new one as a side for collecting or whatever. You can always explain what you're wanting to do in the ticket.

And i have my Acc back because they believed everything that i told them ^^

But I think some of my items are lost and my Money was on my Hand and not in my Bank. Is it normal?
