Hi all.

I'd like to firstly introduce myself. I've been playing neopets for about 6 years and I now feel it's time for a move towards ABing with Abrosia.

I've read up quite a bit on the program and it seems like a great way to make some extra NP on the side.

I have absolutely no problem buying advanced membership, but I just want to clarify a few things before I do:

- Does Abrosia automatically put bought items into your shop and autoprice them for you even on basic membership?

- If I stayed on basic membership, are the default settings a good way to make neopoints? For example, if I literally logged on and pressed start would I make neopoints?

- If I get RS banned on basic membership, am I right in thinking that it won't move over to igloo buying unless I buy advanced?

- Is there a wait time between purchasing advanced through PayPal and it being activated? I'm quite excited to get this going tonight and I didn't want to wait a day or two after paying for advanced membership to get the extra features :)

I'm sorry, I know these have all probably been answered somewhere else but I really couldn't find the answers.

I look forward to being a part of this community :) it looks like a great place.

Thank you.

    1. Yes Abrosia does move to shop and autoprice (although the APer is sketchy, but there's another APer in the program manager)

    2. Default settings are fine, You can make lists to only AB at specific shops, but letting it run everywhere often yields more buys. You will make NPs yes.

    3. Basic membership will move you to igloo and AAA

    4. It's pretty much instant I believe when you purchase advanced.

If I haven't answered everything, sorry. PM me if you need anymore help, and welcome to Codex :)

    Hi Tubbz.

You've answered my questions perfectly, thank you. I can't wait to try it out.

You mention that the standard APer is sketchy on Abrosia, but there is another one in the download manager?

How easy is it to re-price my items using the second APer in the download manager instead of the one that comes with Abrosia?

Sorry if my questions make absolutely no sense. I'm new to this but I'm sure I'll pick it up quickly.

    Thank you.

The other APer in the manger is the Neon AP-Shop Pricer. All you need to do for that is, let it load your shop, then hit start pricing. (you can change how it prices in it's settings). It's quite easy to use.

Sounds simple enough :) and that's better than the Abrosia ABer?

Ill give it all a go tonight and report back my success (or failure) :)

    Thank you.

    Neon AP is easy.

Set price adjustment (I use lowest x 0.99)

I use 3 prices and leave the rest as default

    Load shop

    Price all items

    Save prices

    It's that simple.

    Right....

I'm stuck at the first hurdle :(

I've downloaded and installed Abrosia. I entered my Neocodex login details. Ran Abrosia. Put in my Neopets login details, but it won't let me press start... it just remains greyed out.

Any ideas? Probably a stupid thing I'm missing.

    Thank you.

    Okay - false alarm.

It seems to be working now :)
