MSPP lend for cash. Cost?

I am trying get the MSPP avatar and am looking around for lenders who will lend for cash and was wondering what is the going rate?.

 

Anyone lent/been lent an MSPP TGC in the past for cash or NP? and could tell me the cost?

 

Any help would be appreciated  :)
