Because you need a credit card to be able to use paypal. I'm not sure what the admins could do lol

Honestly, I'd help.. but you're a really new here.. and.. if you don't have a card, you likely have an unverified paypal.  I don't do transactions with unverified paypals.  Too high scam rate.

Do you have a debit card. You can use one of those. I know mine has a Virtual Visa Debit which is exactly like a credit card except you can only use it online or over the phone and it comes directly from your bank account. See if you card has it. It would say Visa on it.
