I set it to the post office and then set it gets hung up on downloading the database information - and then when I try to hit stop it wont do that either.  I also just got an error message saying Relevant knowledge not working or something like that... help?

Restart it and hope it works. Its still running for me.

Try running it in compatibility mode for windows xp and as admin. That usually fixes things for me.
