That appears to be a Sega GameGear. Which would be one gadget.
And a stretch of the definition at that.

I loved my GameGear when I was a kid. Surprised as hell that he got one. For it's time it was a really advanced gadget that loved batteries more than a smart phone. lol

At least today i was playing minecraft on my pc and i got on a horse and i rode into the night like zoro and foud out i had to wake up this morning but then i got a cup of coffe so its all good. TEHE
