I just bought my membership on this site so i can get certain shops.... I need some details about what i should and shouldn't do because i would hate to get banned but i am willing to take a risk it seems..... My concerns are what is the most realistic time to put the auto buyer on and after how many items and hours should i just call it quits on.... Is proxy really going to benefit me if all i have is one account with no sides on it or if i use it will it make me look suspicious and how often is ambrosia caught. Should i use it every day or only a few times a week and then restock manually ???

Proxy won't be an issue, if you just have one account.

    There's the super system guide :- http://www.neocodex....68-supersystem/

That will give you "safe" (ABing always comes with risks) settings (and because you're advanced, you can change these)

I'd recommend (as the guide does, from memory) going for lots of low profit items and letting the total profit build up.

I always try and AB at the same times every roughly. Do 2-3 hours at a time, half hour/one hour break, then do another 2-3 hours. There's a scheduler you can use as well.

It's a general consensus that times should try and be kept above 1500ms. It's alright if they're a bit lower, but I wouldn't recommend going under 1100ms.  For hours, I tend to run 2 or so hours a time. I take breaks though, by stopping and starting Abrosia so it doesn't look like I've been sitting there for 2 hours+ refreshing. As for the proxy, I'm not the best person with proxies but I'd say no. People generally use a proxy to keep their shell accounts separate and prevent a chain icing should their main become iced.

With the premium membership, be sure you turn off the premium bar (under preferences on neo) because Abrosia gives a malformed start tag error when it's on. (I'm not sure if we've managed to fix that though).

I hate to say it but i didn't know it would affect premium so if i used it before and had the neopet bar was on am i safe or am i at risk

Abrosia doesn't affect premium (the premium bar affects Abrosia) and it's not a risk. It's just that having the bar on gives Abrosia an error.
