Why is there always a different faerie monopolizing the quests?

And, for personal experience, the Fire Faerie has a greater chance of being the "random" faerie proposing a quest.

Today I received my 4th FFQ (3rd one accepted, since I was forced to refuse the first) since the event started.

You must have some ridiculous luck with the ffq, from my experience in the past, the odds of getting one are like 1 in 200.

The chances of a FFQ is more like 3-5% of faerie quests. It's not impossible, but it does seem like it because of how faerie quests are rare to come across without the cookies.

^ if it's anything i've realised that i haven't been getting quests when i have fortune cookies in my inventory. Oh well.

FF was always a close friend of mine, if I may say. 

 

But like @Keil said, quest cookies (and this faerie event) give us the illusion that FFQ are more common than they really are.
