I'm Laura, I've been playing Neopets for about 9 years and it's a little dull of late so I thought finding a community like you guys would help spice it up a bit. It's nice to meet you

 

I have a few questions... Seeing as I'm getting into the "illegit" side of Neo more - have any of you ever bought anything from -removed-, would you recommend them etc?

 

Other than that this is my introduction and it'll be nice to get to know you all :3 x

I've heard of -removed- before, but have never bought anything. We have a trading post for stuff here, and it's pretty safe (users banned from it others had their accounts banned for scamming and other things. The mods are pretty on top of stuff like that. It's a serious offense), but you'll need to have been here at least a week and have 10 non-spam posts to access it.

I wouldn't buy anything from those kind of sites, most of them get their stock from stolen accounts.

Hi Laura, welcome to Codex! Like Satsuki said we have our own trading post which you can view after you meet the requirements and it's pretty safe and easy.

Welcome Abrosia isn't that scary once you start using it. Just make sure you use the Igloo and Attic AB.

Welcome to Neocodex! I hope you enjoy it here. I joined a bit ago and love it.

Abrosia is pretty useful, you can use custom lists for specific shops. That way you can prioritize what to buy, it buys in the order of the list. I tend to hang out at the clothing shop. I put the Lupe and Uni stuff I want at the top of my lists so it buys the clothes that I want for customization.
