I need neopet shell account but I don't know where to get it.I see no selling section in the forum also.I searched in google but did not find any.

If you want access to the Trading Post on here then you need be at least 7 days old and post 10 non spam posts.

How do you know that , you only have 1 post

I just did a basic search to all the forums of "trading post requirements" and the answer popped up

This is true, just wait until you have met these requirements and ask again in the Trading Section.
