I'm the office manager, I have my own office and my machine is locked whenever I am away from my desk.  But I'm still paranoid.

I work in an office, I have my own computer. I was scared for all of 12 minutes when I found out our IT guy could run a program and see what sites we visit but then I didn't care. Lurking/chatting here doesn't interfere with what I do, I get work done really fast so I space it out so I'm not sitting there for 4 hour with nothing to do.

Seems like there isn't. Usually a week or so of voting is what happens, then results are announced/awards given out.
