I am making a first generation breeding pair I already have the male made and am trying to decide the genes for the female

I feel like those colors wont breed very nice colors, together. lol

I like the range it has some nice options

You are not just limited to gene scrolls in the treasure market place There are always threads in the trading forum where you can buy gems with treasure. I know gem scrolls are even more expensive but if you're looking for something to spend your wealth on, go for those.

 

Only few combinations look good with speckle/clown >_<" Your male dragon looks nice but it looks like so much effort for just a nice looking and not awesome looking dragon ^^;

 

To answer your question though, I think #1 looks best.

1st gens don't have to worry about breeding restrictions, as they have no ancestry.

Other than that, it's just bragging rights.
