A lot of people are raving about it but for me, it's hard to visualize on certain dragons. I need some examples before i give my opinion.

Ha. Flight Rising Sucks.

It's sad to think I would love Flight Rising for being the ultimate pet site game Neopets once was.

Nah. Nope.

Go Here.

Yeah, at this stage, I'm not a massive fan after having a look on the Scrying Workshop/Predict Morphology tool.

Eh, not really a fan, the color combinations will probably be key in whether I like it or not.

Yeah seems to be the case! For some reason, it kinda resembles the stripes one and I wasn't a fan of that gene to begin with

This was practically made for Female Guardians with lighter colors. Haven't been able to make it look good on any other breed though, which is saddening.

Light colors in general look very good with this one!

I thought it was a tertiary gene x_X".. but it's primary :/ So that means no arbitrary colors for the ripple pattern.. it's always darker than the primary color.

Yeah, I don't really like it either. It doesn't look good paired with any of the tert genes (besides underbelly, I guess).

I agree it looks best on snappers but its still rather lackluster to me

I'm not really a fan and with some of the really light colors like banana it becomes hard to see the pattern

ooo now that i think about it, it would have been amazing as a tertiary since we could have contrast of the ripple effect over the primary color! That would have made for some gorgeous water themed dragons :p

Would it kill them to introduce a more subtle primary gene, like Iridescent? :/

I think they more meant to the same level as Iridescent. :p

More subtle primaries would be nice though. Same with terts actually, since a lot of the time if you combine both your dragon looks busy as all hell and it's nasty.

oh that makes more sense to me now! Yes i agree, subtle primaries would be awesome! I'm ok with out there terts b/c I see them more as an accent rather than anything else. They can look awesome if paired with the proper primary and secondary, BUT if you've got like stripes or clown its always too much. Subtle primary genes and even secondaries would be nice :)

I'm sort of under the impression that they intentionally add traits that clash with each other so that people will have to be more selective with their breeding.

I agree, I really don't like any of the current terts other than circuit... Crackle and Gembound are just so busy!! If they toned them down just a bit it'd be a lot better in my opinion >w< Hopefully they'll add some simple and nice primary and tertiary genes!!
