They're both full images, distorted. The Larger is the Signature of the user, the smaller image is the avatar and to make it a little harder I've placed the gradient map layer over a section of the pixelated signature because I think it was just too easy if I didn't ;P

I found the avatar really easily, but the sig is killing me I can only find one that is the right color pattern except for one area of it

Uhh I am pretty sure it's the same member isn't it? 
I thought we just had to submit the member who uses that avatar/sig combo.

Edit: Plus he said he added a gradient to the second image, which means it won't be the same color as the sig. 
But yeah, re-read the OP. It's the member's username you submit.

this round is pretty easy! i think i get who this is... yay me! the clues, unlike mystery pic, aren't fragments of the real image. @Maha just used pixelate filter in photoshop to blur them.

It would have been much harder with just a fragment... MUCH harder. It seems like guess who would be a difficult game to host, since the real game is based on asking questions and the online 'open group' version has to be visual.

perhaps you could release pixilated fragments of an image gradually until the full image is formed... idk.
