I have been eating only 1200 calories on most days (cheat here and there), working out at the gym and taking random classes like Zumba and Turbo Kick/Booty Lift. Down only about 6 pounds and having a hard time losing now, but I am determined to get back to my high school weight! :)

I also have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar pills which are said to help with weight loss! Just hard to swallow...

Good luck to everyone with summer weight loss! It is hard to stay commited especially since you don't see results right away, but YOU CAN DO IT! :D

Why are you taking ACV pills instead of straight or in water?

It says on the bottle to take them with meals, so what I do is take 2 after dinner. I take them with water and make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards :)

No, I meant why are you taking pills instead of just drinking the vinegar.

The vinegar is pretty gross; ACV is also good for your skin if you have acne.

Because there is no way I have the stomach for that. The pills are hard enough :p The smell alone when opening the bottle makes me gag so I don't think I could drink it straight

I wish I had a workout plan for this summer, I badly need to lose weight. I have like 30 pounds I need to get rid of.

    But I'm just so laaaazy.

I should start playing football again, back then I was always in shape.

I lost 50 pounds a couple years ago, and now I gained some back so I want to lose 60 more!

My plans are clean, clean, CLEAN eating with plenty of cardio.

I'm not much of an outdoorsy runner, but I am in love with that boring treadmill so I'll do an hour 4 times a week, and I'll lift (HEAVY!) 4 times a week, as well.

I'm gettin real sick of feeling like a Patty Fatty Fat Ass every day! :p

I'm trying to kinda do recomp, so I'm trying to actually eat enough just to get my bodyfat down a couple a' percent, and hopefully not low enough to actually hurt what little I do have. But chances are I'll just bulk again and hover over 25%, LMAO.

I'm recovering from tricep tendinitis from a month ago so I'm looking to hit the heavy lifts again and maybe do a reset on my squat and deadlift and stuff, so I can nip my lousy form in the bud.

Ha I know what you mean! I go through phases of motivation and working out everyday to phases of eating junk food and being lazy all day. Football is a good idea if it is fun for you! I like finding ways to work out that are actually enjoyable...like Zumba for me :nana:

Summer workout plans for me:  Maintain as much strength as possible as I continue losing weight.  So far I have gained a little/maintained over the past 3.5 months.  At some point this summer I will start eating more at maintenance for me.  I can't wait for the fall, I'm ready to bulk.

Bulk to 25%? A bit excessive, IMO.

Did the Memorial Day Murph WOD today - 1M Run, 100 Pullups, 200 Pushups, 300 Squats, 1M Run. Absolutely miserable, but for a good cause.
