That looks utterly undomesticateable. BUT WOULD BE AMAZING IF YOU COULD HAVE IT AS A PET

Kinda hard for me to choose because so many people are such jerks to animals and completely throw them off their natural cycles when they domesticate them. Like the tarsier or the loris. They're very nocturnal animals with strict dietary needs and tarsiers in particular will die much sooner than they would in the wild :(

I'd probably go with an octopus or cuttlefish. Those things are incredibly intelligent. But really, I'd get something that's already adapted to the urban environment like a opossum or a raccoon. Maybe a badger.

I was going to say lemur! Anyway, I would like a panda bear. He would speak english with a british accent, or at least wear a top hat and monocle.

    An Octopus

But I wouldn't really want to domesticate it, as much as I'd just want it to be my friend. Like I could live by the ocean and it'd kinda hang out with me when I was there, and then go do its octopus business when I wasn't around

    haha definitely!

I would vote unicorn... but only because i feel someone needs too. Otherwise, I would personally love a hippo, they are just fun.. Imagine a big baddie come to the door and BAM hippo sits on him.. baddie is a baddie no more. ... well, if that wasn't ridiculous, it would be cool lol ;)

Hmmm. If we could train birds the same way we train dogs I'd say falcon/kite/eagle. But birds have pea brains and cannot control their, shall we say, means of elimination. They literally go the moment they feel the urge to.

Other than that, I quite like dolphins and cuttlefish (@Tetiel, great minds think alike ;)) because of their intelligence, and flying (gliding really) squirrels because of their named trait.

    Necrophiliacs.

You probably would be too if you lived in Antarctica. They huddle together as a colony in a constantly shifting pattern where individuals move from the outside towards the inside and back out. They do this not because of some social ritual, but because it's really fucking cold.

Given that a large part of their life is devoted to not freezing to death, I would think it'd be perfectly logical to take advantage of the heat coming off of the recently deceased. Not that that makes it any less unpleasant for us, but I think it has some internal logic.
