I did some ABing last night and just turned that all off, but this morning trying to log in it says my email/password is wrong or not associated and it won't even let me submit a ticket.  What in the world!?

I think it's a problem in the neopets' end, other people aren't able to log in too.

Checked JN and it says login is down

Apparently no one/not many can log in. If you're logged out then you can't log in for now...

 

I thought I was hacked too but I can still surf neo on my phone because its already logged in.

Yep. Just happened to me.

I gather there is some error in the database and it can't connect to some services.

Oh if others can't log in, then maybe ... meh I'd rather be frozen than hacked/phished (and holy crap haven't used those terms in years lol).  I'll keep an eye on it then, cause if it tells me I don't have access to making a ticket and I can't contact em its a little weird.

 

Well don't I feel silly for posting that ^.^ Glad to see for once its not only me gettin the short end o' the stick lol.  Thank ya for the replies

But I went to check the boards and it's a problem for everyone atm.

Came to check here, glad to see other people having same problems lol.. Tried logging in on 3 different accounts/browsers/ips and all said wrong password thought I somehow magically got 3 isolated machines infected

Thank god I wasn't the only one- haha I was freaking out because retrieve password wasn't working and I couldn't send any tickets to the help center because I couldn't log into anything

Thank fudge for that! I thought I was gonna have a heart relapse.

There was a period on that day that Neopets login didn't work. All the accounts that I tried to log in show "bad password". But anyway, it was resolved. Never experienced this problem before so some of the people may freak out and thought that their accounts were all hacked.
