Too complicated to police properly and there's legal issues too so it won't be happening.
As for 50 Shades, I heard it wasn't even written particularly well and the only reason it sold so much was because of the hype it got. If I'm resorting to reading a book to get turned on it better be damn well written...

Yeah, I don't think that would do anything for me then. 
I imagine it would probably be better for most people as an audiobook too, there's nothing more jarring than losing your place in an erotic novel and having to go back again.
