Hi!

 

My name is Gina and after a very long love/hate relationship with Neo I've come back. Besides neopets, I love Superwholock, Pokemon, Misfits, OITNB (Orange is the new black) and loads of other television shows that I haven't listed like Merlin, Miranda etc. I have internet/gaming commitment issues... there are weeks where I'm obsessed with certain things then take a huge break from it. Like tumblr.... for example. I would love to meet new people on here and have fangasm over things. Real life is sort of mundane.

I can't wait to play Omega Ruby - Ruby was one of the first Pokemon games I owned and played properly (minus my brother's Silver, which I can hardly remember, I played with a Gameshark, and didn't finish) and playing the remake would be a spiritual high point in my life - but I have yet to get a 3DS. ;_; I've been playing X and, when it comes out, ORAS (hopefully OR) vicariously through TwitchPlaysPokemon, so it's not so bad.

Whoa TPP did a gameplay for X?! That is wild because I was only around when they did it for Gen 1-4

 

I really want a 3DS XL capture card (approx 200-530 USD) because I would love to record my gameplays for shiny hunting / hatching and I had a pokemon tumblr earlier this year but I am awful and I can't even remember my url. Tbh I don't know who turns on the 3d function at all it gives me a headache after 5 minutes (and I have 20/20 vision). Funny you mention Gameshark (lol surfing pikachu was the best). They have a cheating device with X/Y now... I even have #719 before it was deleted in the database. I don't know if it's tradable now. Probably not. 

 

I'm hoping they do a midnight release. I actually skipped Gen 3 because that was my "I'm in high school now I don't wanna play pokemon" phase... and to this day, when I go to Gamestop - the only people I see paying for Pokemon are the college kids demographic. It's awesome.

Aww, you should've been around for Gen V! Black we messed up, pretty badly, as much as Bloody Sunday in Red, but Blaze Black 2 (a Black 2 romhack) was a lot better!

 

You won't have to hope; I imagine it's very likely there'll be a midnight release for a game as popular as Pokemon! If you haven't already tried it out, get Emerald!

Speaking of rom hacks there's a romhack that follows the anime from season 1. it's old, but it's insanely accurate and goes all the way up to orange islands. It's so accurate that like.... charmander evolves and stops listening to you. And someone also made a hack from that pokemon creepy pasta but I am too chicken to play it. Even for a 26 year old. And I just realised that there's a pokemon topic on this forum.

Hi! I'm new to this site too. Well i've been a lurker for a while and used to have another account but I forgot the username to it.

 

I LOVE oitnb, sherlock, supernatural misfits and pokemon as well! Finished oitnb just recently, one of my new fav shows. I also love Breaking Bad and Dexter, have you seen those?
