I've been getting an error that I can't find the solution to anywhere else on the site. However when I try posting a new topic in the program discussion section, I am unable to. Where can I go to get help?

not sure why you can't post a topic there but the staff can move this topic for you.

Thanks for the reply. I am having trouble with bilge dice. It used to work fine, but I tried it recently and it won't start up. I can copy and paste the error if this is the right place for it.

No error, but it just says "You cannot start a new topic" where the "Start New Topic" button normally is
