If we're being really picky then the likes of strawberries don't count as fruit either. ![]()

I'm not really a fruit person. I haven't been since I was a kid, but I like watermelon, apples (with peanut butter), grapes on occasion, bananas, cantaloupe. Watermelon is my favorite. I'll eat it anytime. Everything else I kind of need to crave.

Bananas and kiwi are my favs. I like them together. Cut into slices and I make a little banana-kiwi sandwich... delicious!

My favorites are blackberries, avocados, apples, and (if you want to consider it a fruit) rhubarb.

Since everyone is mentioning weird shit that can technically be considered fruit (avocado and tomato, fine, but rhubarb is a vegetable), I should add coconut to my list. I love anything and everything coconut (except coconut water because it's gross).

I accidentally had coconut water once, and it was vile. Never again.

Mmmm considering fruit is a solid 78% of my diet I have quite a list that I'm sure I'll miss things on... obviously apples (golden delicious & granny smith are my two main favs atm), bananas, oranges (mandarin oranges noms!). Then we have kiwi, peaches, dragonfruit, kumquats, starfruit (kind of iffy on that one), watermelon, grapes, pomegranite, lantern berry, acai, strawberry, cherries, blackberries, blueberries (sometimes the texture freaks me out :[) and raspberries. Pears & Asian Pears are also nummy.
Picking a favourite is too hard :|
Afraid to admit that I have never tried mango the texture freaks me out to even look at. =|
EDIT: AHH!! I FORGOT LEMONS AND LIMES. I WILL EAT THOSE BABIES LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW. NOM NOM NOM.
PUT THE LIME IN THE COCONUT.

Kiwi fruit, mangosteen, peach and guava.

)

do you live in the tropics?
no, the edible parts of jackfruit are smoother and the smell isn't as strong. personally i think it tastes like mangoes.

It's a fruit
I remember this was a worldwide debate ! A simple answer was that it has seeds unlike nearly all the veg out there
Raw tomatoes and pineapple burn my hands.
I didn't know tomatoes burn your hands too ! it's the first I heard of this ![]()

Avocado isn't a fruit? ![]()
Coconut water is horrible, when I was a kid, my father used to trick me into drinking it! We had lots of palm trees, so there was endless amounts of coconut water.

Avocado is actually a berry, techncially, so it's definitely a fruit. I wasn't contesting that one. It's just not your average fruit you'd throw in a fruit salad (if you do this, you're really weird). ![]()
Ugh...coconut water is so disgusting. It's thicker than regular water, not quite sweet, and kind of salty? It doesn't even taste like coconut. I've tried it a few times, and it just gets worse every time. ![]()

I only like it in smoothies, like grapes, peas, and coconut water. It's amazing.

Pineapple and strawberries! I'm mildly allergic to a lot of fruits, including those two, but I deal with it (it's not life-threatening) for those two. Also, my store has these grapes that seriously taste like cotton candy, which are amazing.

I see. I only like it with sugar. I take the big seed out and put sugar in the hole :9
Definitely not like coconut. I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and everyone here loves drinking coconut water when they go to the beach. I have no idea how they can do that...

That sounds super weird to me, but I'll take your word for it.

I'm not a fan of avocado with sugar, or by itself really, but I enjoy it as a savory ingredient in stuff like guacamole, sushi, salads, or on sandwiches.
Coconut water is very trendy here, and lots of people love it. I just don't find it refreshing at all.

Watermelon all day and all night.
I love cherries, grapes, apples, basically any fruit that can be fermented into good wine.

It took me a while to figure out what cancelled all the bad flavors out and only left good flavors. I wouldn't make a smoothie with peas without grapes now. I've unlocked the secret. That sounds super weird to me, but I'll take your word for it.

It tastes like how suntan lotion smells.
(And I mean that in a bad way)
