Reason: Creating multiple accounts to vote for herself in a contest and PMing multiple users telling them which entry was hers and asking them to vote for it.
User: Eagles (formerly neopetsaddict123)
Reason: Creating multiple accounts to vote for himself in a contest and PMing multiple users asking them to vote for his entry.
User: DasBear
Reason: Never followed through with shipping gifts to winners of their contest. Left without explanation. Upon return, may dispute ban.
