I stopped APing once I got like 50+ chests from coli. i know for a fact I'm too lazy to put those skins/chests into the auction house and I hate it when I have stuff in my hoard/vault that doesn't have an immediate value. I hate investing in games.

Its kind of random, people usually announce it here when there is going to be another signup period

Theoretically, you should be able to put your festive currency in a mail and then discard it without removing the currency if you just want to get rid of it for whatever reason. It should just delete it.
