Homemade meatballs? Because I just get ready made Swedish meatballs. I don't know what Swedes do to their meatballs, but it tastes awesome.

Thiiiissss. Swedish meatballs and pasta is heavenly. Even in those microwave dinners, gawd.

God I'm messing with my dog.

Each time I put down my fork, she thinks I'm done and walks away. And when I pick it up she runs back into the kitchen hoping for a bite

Nope, G2 has too many carbs for the keto diet already so I wouldn't go into ketosis. I don't want to eat more fats because they make me sick when I have too much. Like, really sick. Good luck on your diet though! 6 cups of veggies a day sounds sooo good for you!

Yeah, the only other alternative I can think of would be getting your electrolytes from homemade salad dressing/brine. The one I'm on now is 9 cups of veg a day, (plus other strict stuff) but it's hard and I feel like crap cause I need fat in my life.

They usually have a cafe where you can get something to eat. My local Ikea has a food section so you can "sample Swedish delights."

It was sooo good. I usually use vanilla greek yogurt but we're out. You can find them in the health food aisle or at a health food store. They're so good for you and get all cool and gel-like when you mix them with something liquid-y.

 

Also, I've always wanted a chia pet. My parents never went for it

2 T in butter, 2 T in coconut oil, and then bacon grease and tallow throughout the day. I'm used to about double that and about a third of the carbs I'm eating though.

Went to this ping pong club last night with my friends and got drunk, went to a strip club (I was still drunk), did my voluntary work with my kids today, and I'm going to see family tomorrow.
