I butter the pan, lightly toast one side of each bread, flip then put the cheese on the toasted side, let it warm a bit and put the two ends together. perfectly melty toasted grilled cheese everytime!

Sourdough bread, sharp cheddar and gruyere cheese. Toast the bread in the pan a bit first, toss on the shredded cheeses, fry sandwich in butter, done. So good. So, so good.
