There's a few people on the forum that really need to stop changing their username every other day. I don't know who you are, and it gets annoying to have to look at said users previous name history.
I didn't even know there was an option for this. It confuses me too. If you feel the need to change your name, at least keep your profile pic, I can't keep up...

Spoiler
I've thought of changing my name several times over the years, but I don't want to be that guy.

I will have to change mine. When I made the account, I used a generic neo term, thinking I would never post and that I would just quietly use abrosia. Now I don't neo. I come here to not study.

I thought I could be free to use my OWN name. *crybaby*
Hey, you do you! You'll always be Athayde in my heart/mind.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for changing usernames, after all it is a forum function. But I've seen people change theirs like once a week, and I get super confused =[.

I had no idea you were Athayde.

When she changed it to Lucille, from Athayde, I got super sad because I thought she had left or stopped logging in and she was one of the people who made an effort to really talk to me. It took me like two weeks to realize it was her. ![]()

Lucille was just a phase. She's probably going to return somewhere in the future because of TWD though.
Katya and Athayde will always be the only two names I'll use it here, because it is my name. I never used Katya because I couldn't before.
I didn't mean to cause any harm or confusion to you guys, I'm sorry. I'm just... me? :c
And, @Coops, it's no effort to talk to you. If I think an effort must be made to talk to someone I simply don't do it and ignore the person completely xD

Do you remember that time @Jess changed her name so much she got it locked so she had to wait a certain period of time to change it back. And then I think a mod ended up changing it ![]()
Napiosaurasrexxxx or something weird like that

One of my good friends who joined the military before I did just finished his 6 year enlistment, and is now full time at a university. I'm very envious of him, and I can't wait for that to be me. The only leg up on him that I have is in the Army is they don't really push education on you as much as in the Air Force. I almost have 2 degrees, where as he doesn't have much school done at all. My last day in the Air Force is June 4th 2018, and it can't come fast enough!

It's really hard but try not to compare yourself to others. You're succeeding and you're doing something with yourself. Try to keep that in mind.

I've given up searching for a new job, after having been at Coles for 3 years now and searching for another job the entire time and having had no luck whatsoever I just feel like its a pointless endeavor.

I really want to sell my car, and take $5,000, out of the $15,000 I'd get for it and buy an older VW GTI or something. I could cut my loan down by roughly 50%, refinance my loan, and NOT pay $440/month...

I can try, but the want to get out and be a civilian is so strong lol.

All you school people! Don't give up! You have come too far. I know it sucks, but you will never regret finishing your degree once you have come more than halfway there.
As far as grad school @Padme, def make sure you want to do it. Spend some afternoons at law offices, seeing how they do it. Because starting grad school and realizing it isn't for you can suck big time. I have a few friends who have done similar things. Waste of time and money for sure.

Spoiler
I know exactly what it entails, it's that the only kind of law I'd want to practice is Human Rights law. I don't care to get involved in most of the broken justice system it makes my blood curdle. I just want to help other people. On top of that I'm so emotionally responsive to people, if they are crying then I will cry. While I find the law fascinating and I want to help other people, I just think there are other avenues I could venture down that would better suit me.
It's just really weird to give up on what has been my path since grade 5 and I am now 23. lol. Oh well.
LOL @ your profile pic
Thank you Padawan
I chuckled hard
