I've read a few guides on how to spend your stat points for the coliseum, but I wanted to know:
What build/team type do YOU think is best? I could use some help ![]()

Ok thanks. I guess I should change my team then. Here's to starting from level 1! lol
Ugh. Is there any way to know BEFORE you purchase a dragon whether they have the mage abilities or fighter abilities?

You can change those abilities for any dragon if you have the stones

This. Just move the stone over the previous one and lock to replace. ![]()

Not that they're expensive to change... just thought I'd also mention that each breed has their own starting abilities that, again, can be changed to whatever with Battle Stones:

Fae
Meditate and Contuse
Guardian
Scratch and Shred
Mirror
Scratch and Shred
Tundra
Meditate and Contuse
Pearlcatcher
Meditate and Contuse
Ridgeback
Scratch and Shred
Snapper
Anticipate and Shred
Spiral
Scratch and Shred
Skydancer
Meditate and Contuse
Imperial
Scratch and Shred
Wildclaw
Scratch and Shred
Coatl
Meditate and Contuse

Culex's leveling guide stats. Those work the best for me, along with a scratch, eliminate, 3 berserkers, and 2 ambushes on every dragon.
you use only 1 eliminate?
Posted 02 December 2014 - 05:25 PM
Yeah one per dragon?
oh ok. so per dragon there are 3 spaces next to the eliminate? I am just checking to see if i have followed your build correctly. ![]()

Thats the bare minimum (and all you really need). You can put whatever else you want in the last 3 spaces
ok awesome. for ages i had just not build anything, and was still mopping up lol. fights are faster now. I appreciate this thread! ![]()

Anyone got a foolproof build for the Workshop? I can't use mages or healers because (at least last time I checked), the APer doesn't like them.

Bringing this up again. What have you guys found to be the best build? I have varying builds on different accounts, and different people say 129str 50qk vs 126str 58qk is the way to go. What have you found? I was considering tincturing my main accounts set (ive actually never tinctured on any dragon before) and I wanted to see your guys opinions first.

I guess that depends on what you're using them for. If you're training a third dragon in Kelp Beds 126 STR 59 QCK should be better, whereas 129 STR 50 QCK is best for farming.

I just built up a set though at 129/50 that was getting knocked out an average of 1/10 times in Golem Workshop (I figured it was best to tests since you have a higher failure rate), and my 126/58 builds are averaging 1/25. Though, I didn't use tinctures on any of them, so the vitality may be shit. idk, I should look into that.

My farming set is at 129/50/13 and they get knocked out at just slightly better than your average in GW. You may not need to tincture them; you seem to be getting around the same results anyway.

I haven't really experimented with Golem Workshop that much so I'm not sure about that, but I know some people have a healer mage in their Golem Workshop team (I don't know how that would work out with the bot though, if you're using it).

If a party can kill the boss repeatedly, farming for the unique boss drop is worth it at a heavy 10 k gems payout

I like to have a lot of points in strength and quickness. Its kind of like a glass cannon build, especially if you have eliminate

Those are really the only stats that are important in the current coli.
