Oh, the lag!!

 

Being a very recent convert to the "express lane to riches" side, I have to say it was horrible trying to make any money through the flash games that were taking forever to load. I mean I used to use Neopets as like my break from work (I work on a computer all day) as it was cute and I love card games. However, of late, it has gotten so slow I cannot use any of the games as it uses up my entire break trying load up one game Solitaire or Pyramids.

The lag is terrible, it's the worst part. I bought a 2 mil item in a ridiculous 97 seconds the other day using Abrosia

The server down multiple times everyday, my AB stopped sooooo many times...... 

I don't even want to log in my account now, can't do anything with the lag

even AB suffer from the lag too, i can tell by looking at my average ms increased to 5000+ now...

cancel of Habi also take away a lot of income for those who don't ab or play flash game

I barely sold any items these days      Neo pls fix this 

 

The lag is a bummer but I have a hint friend. Faster times should get around the lag if you can calculate the lag.

You can basically buy r95-6 toys for 1k each, turn them in, and get a r92+ item it seems.

With the lag, I don't even bother to AB.

 

Even when I play flash games these days, I have to open so many tabs, 1 for each game. Once I finished all those games, I will check if I can open any neopets page before sending my score. Even then I have to replay so many times.

 

It is totally crazy.

I haven't been checking the rarity of the items I've been getting. But I've gotten 3 Magical Chia Pops and a Krawk so ..

It is great but there is not much demand in them isnt it

 

and it is even better with main shops that are super full

I have seen many shops with 8 rows of items

not sure if it is a glitch or a permanent thing

Not sure how the new RSing system works since I barely came back a couple weeks ago, but it seems the shops restock more frequently now. The shops I'm ABing from are doing great and I'm still making a huge profit from them. Only items that go slow for me are clothes. They take forever to sell! Still surprised, however, on how deflated the prices for pharmaceutical items have become. RSing in the Pharmacy used to be my bread and butter.

When I first started on neopets, Many many moons ago. The Krawk was one of the most expensive pets, Then followed by the Draik. Millions those both cost back then, I was on the boards yesterday and was shocked to see a post about the Krawk MPs being obtained for under 100k now.. It seems to me like they wanted to try and make the game easier for the younger audience maybe? But where is the challenge now when everything seems to be obtainable very quickly.

The lag isn't too bad when im mainly on neopets.. its when I get back from work. Different time zones and all that jazz I spose..

Kinda figures that when I want to actually, seriously, make some NP, the market starts to crash >> haha. When I've been on, the lag has been extremely sporadic. Sometimes I load pages in seconds, sometimes it takes me over a minute to load a page (and sometimes it seems to not be loading at all for five straight minutes). I don't remember it being this bad a year ago =/

Totally. I RS in the book shop mostly and the items are simply not going. They're priced well also! I doesn't seem like anything's selling quickly at all nowadays. I also managed to get a krawk MP for like, 120K a few days ago.

Before all this I could make millions a day.. now I only gain interest

I got a PD MP for 110k on the auctions right before it got taken down I already have several draiks so just gonna stash it or give it to a friend for a birthday or something.
