The egg rates seem to be hugely variable. I got like five out of this last stack, but this morning I opened two full stacks without a single egg. I really wish there was an open all button.

Yeah, I'm trying to collect the familiars as well. I've been really lucky though, I've got most of them, gotten 5 eggs and a scroll from 500 chests.

Just opened around 495 chests and got 4 eggs 1 scroll!

I didn't keep track of the familiars, but those are pretty cool too--especially since I haven't been playing FR long enough to have experienced every flight holiday.

 

Are you guys hatching a certain amount and selling the rest? I'm thinking I'm gonna at least get a male and female Nocturne, then sell the remaining eggs. I'll likely keep 2 scrolls, if I get another.

Thank God the eggs don't expire like the chests. 

I'm also considering just buying a pair of nicely-colored Nocturnes and selling my eggs, but meh. I dunno yet. xD

 Starting to lose track of how many eggs I've gotten. At this point just going to hatch them all on Christmas then save & sell the rest after that. ​Or will they also disintegrate on the 5th?
Have only found two scrolls so far. Regretting using them both on female dragons now.   Didn't think they'd be any more rare than the eggs.

This event rocks. I got so many eggs, a scroll, and some familiars - sold many things for gems.

Eggs are getting a smidge too cheap for me to want to sell at the moment.

If they drop much more I think I may just wait until June and hope I can get close to 1,000 gems each again. 

And.. y'know... buy low, sell high. Eliminate some of the competition by purchasing their inventory out.

 

Then again at the rate I'm hatching eggs....
