I feel like the second part could be a great competition. How do you like your broccoli?
Steamed, blanched, stir fried, roasted, sauteed, etc

What is blanched?

What is blanched?
Putting it in boiling water for a while and then putting it straight in cold/ice water to stop it cooking.

With rice and chicken.

Oh, that doesn't sound very fancy.

It's not, just stops it going all mushy.

Probably just to be a little more disciplined in general. Not being so impulsive with my vices.

Not take things so seriously

Maybe I'll do some yoga so I don't stress so easily.

Yoga is amazing. Over time I saw such a change in my life
Personally, I think my resolution is to actually be more selfish and to trust my intuition.

We have classes for it at my school's gym. I went to the zumba one once but I laughed too much the whole time...

Gotta catch them all. I always tell myself I'll do it but less than 25% through I just can't continue. Persistence is not my strong point.
NYR: Be polite to others even if they aren't.

I guess being more "laid-back". I'm rather hysterical, in general. Don't take things too seriously. Keep up the straight A's. Keep up the exercise routine. Read all of the books from my "must read" list. In general, be stricter with myself when I have to and more laid-back when I have to. I'm awfully lazy but a mad little perfectionist at the same time, kind of odd. I guess balancing myself is the goal.
