Recycle the existing anonym script and just pass them through a https page (instead of sending them to the anonym website) which then redirects them to the intended link (a https page doesn't send referrer information to a http page I think). It really doesn't need an app for it.
I was thinking about double meta refresh (the only problem is that it breaks the browser back button). I didn't know about the https page thing but then you'd need a proper ssl certificate or everyone who goes through the link has to accept a broken one ^^;
