I got to bed at 1 AM on average, wake up at 3:45 AM to take the dog out, go back to sleep, and wake up at 7 to take the puppy out again. Then I'm usually up for the day.

1-2 AM. On MWF, I have to wake up at 7, and on TTH I have to wake up at 8:45 so... I should probably fix that.

I saw this on FB today.

The main thing I got out of it is that I'm no longer a 'young adult', but an adult.

I tend to go to bed by 10:30 pm and wake up around 6:30 am on weekdays. On weekends it's about 11:30 and I'll sleep in till 9 am usually.

I'm so thankful to have a somewhat normal sleep schedule nowadays (yay for being a grownup?) although it totally sucks when people want to do things on the weekend and I have trouble making it to midnight

Spoiler

lol, it is not recommended that anyone sleep for more than 20 hours at a time... I don't think I could get much done with only 4 waking hours a day.

My body has this weird system where I either need 9 hours or 4 hours. Sometimes even with 9 hours I'm groggy around 1pm so I might grab a 15 minute nap.

As for sleeping in 2-3 blocks rather than one long stretch, I also read an article that claimed humans only started sleeping in one stretch because of the industrial revolution. Idk, that might be true for some places but how do you explain similar sleeping patterns in other countries?

I go to bed around twelve at night and wake up around eight in the morning since I got classes at ten. I guess I'm fairly normal. My sleep changes depending on my schedule. Summer can be more odd.
