Whenever I try to log into my neo account on abrosia, it fails.

However, this is no because of lag. The site is fine when I try it.

And he same password I used works fine when actually on the site.

It's been sporadic for me. I was able to login via PM/AB well last night and as of right now, the program won't log in. I still say it's the inconsistent lag because when I log on, the lag with manual playing is just as bad.

Glad I'm not the only one. It's just so weird, it fails yet at that time there was no lag for me.

You have to understand that Neopets in its entirety isn't hosted on just one server in some dank, windowless room in California. Just because you don't face lag in one department of the game, doesn't mean there isn't lag at all in the game. If you didn't know, Neopets has multiple servers to host different parts of the site (ex. a Log-in server holding account information, a NeoCash server, etc.) and lag in one server doesn't necessarily mean there will be lag in another, unless it's the main server umbrella-ing the others.

Thanks for this thread. I was thinking not being able to log on might have to do with the lag; this confirms it and  is appreciated.

I cant log on through here either and is actually moving pretty good on neopets site for me right now

Log on is a no-go for me as well though site lag is not bad for me. Agh. ><

Same here on my Mac.. Is there any word that a fix is on the way? How long does that usually take to happen? I can log into the site just fine as well.

I am on a Mac as well and still cannot log in. Restarted program. Restarted computer. Cleaned everything out. Gah!

If you (or anyone else with a mac) start having any luck, please post here to let me know & I'll do the same

ETA: works for me now (at least logging into neo does - haven't tried anything else yet)
